Announcement: Winter Parking Ban Notice

Nov 03, 2017 11:59AM ● By Erin Frisch

The Hanover Police Department announces the start of Hanover's winter parking ban.  The parking ban is in effect November 15th through April 30th (regardless of weather conditions) and includes all town streets and lots between 12:01 a.m. and 7:00 a.m.

Vehicles that park in violation of the winter parking ban will receive tickets from the Hanover Police Department.  In addition, when the weather is inclement or the town is conducting snow removal, the Hanover Police Department will tow vehicles at the expense of the owner and without notice that towing will occur.  Parking is available in the covered section of the parking garage after midnight. The parking garage is located at 7 Lebanon Street and parking is free from midnight to 7:00 a.m.

Questions regarding the winter parking ban can be directed to Lieutenant Scott Rathburn by email at [email protected] or by phone at (603) 640-3336.
